PACT has established a Community of Practice consisting of experts, local community members and artists who serve as champions working alongside our core team to help make the PACT youth leadership development objectives a reality. In the run up to and for the duration of the Journey to Jazz festival these mentors lead the training in arts, hospitality, event management and media preparing capable and confident young people to be future producers on the world stage.
