Refunds and Returns Policy for Journey to Jazz Festival – Prince Albert

Thank you for purchasing tickets to the Journey to Jazz Festival. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below:

  1. Ticket Purchases
    All ticket sales for the Journey to Jazz Festival are final. There are no refunds for tickets purchased, except in the event of festival cancellation or other exceptional circumstances.
  2. Cancellations by Us
    If the festival is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, etc.), you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  3. Event Postponements
    If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please note that no refunds will be provided for the change.
  4. Changes to the Lineup
    While we make every effort to present the artists as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the lineup. No refunds will be issued for changes to the lineup, except in the event of a full cancellation of the event.
  5. Non-refundable Fees
    Please note that any service fees or processing fees associated with ticket purchases are non-refundable.
